Delivery

 

When will I get my order?

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

● USA: 3–4 business days

● Europe: 6–8 business days

● Australia: 2–14 business days

● Japan: 4–8 business days

● International: 10–20 business days

 

Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!

 

Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

 

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

● Ask your local post office if they have your package

● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at [insert your support email here] with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

How are your products made?

We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at [insert your support email here].

 

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at [insert your support email here] within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Returns

 

What’s your return policy?

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at camp@upstateliving.co.uk!

 

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at camp@upstateliving.co.uk with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

 

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at camp@upstateliving.co.uk within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services related to summer camp applications, recruitment assistance for camps, and job-seeking support for summer camp counselors. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

We offer the following services:

  • Personalized assistance with summer camp applications.

  • Personalized assistance with summer camp recruitment agency applications.

  • Job-matching services for individuals seeking employment at summer camp counselors.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.

  • Use our services only for lawful purposes.

  • Not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

3. Service Fees

Fees for services will be clearly outlined before engagement. All payments must be made in full prior to the provision of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. No Guarantee of Outcomes

While we strive to provide high-quality assistance, we do not guarantee:

  • Employment to any specific summer camp,

  • Employment with a camp or agency,

  • Specific compensation or placement outcomes.

All final decisions rest with the camp organizations, agencies and employers.

5. Third-Party Services

Our services may involve referrals to or communications with third-party camps and agencies. We are not responsible for their terms, operations, or decisions. Please review their policies independently.

6. Intellectual Property

All content we provide is the intellectual property of Upstate Living and may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services if these Terms are violated or if continued service would harm our business or reputation.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Refund Policy

We aim to provide exceptional service and customer satisfaction. Please read our refund policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following circumstances:

  • You cancel your service request within 48 hours of payment and before any work has commenced.

  • We are unable to provide the agreed-upon service due to internal issues on our part.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • Work on your application or recruitment support has already begun.

  • You are dissatisfied with outcomes outside our control which include but are not limited to: camp rejections, agency rejections, job offers not materializing.

  • There is a failure to provide necessary documentation, responses, or follow-ups on your part.

  • Circumstances outside of our control mean you are unable to fulfil any employment or agency participation you are offered. Circumstances including, but not limited to: natural disasters, political influences, acts of war, changes to your circumstances. 

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email camp@upstateliving.co.uk with:

  • Your full name

  • The service purchased

  • The reason for the refund request

Requests are typically processed within 7 business days.

4. Dispute Resolution

If you are unhappy with a decision regarding your refund, please contact us to discuss further. We value client satisfaction and aim to resolve disputes amicably.
